Oldtimer meets Polo is a concept founded by the OTP and Pegasus Event Marketing, which took place at Gut Aspern in June 2007 for the first time and which has been the cause of great excitement amongst polo fans and classic car enthusiasts ever since.

A combination of a classic car rally over 500 miles in 2 days across Schleswig-Holstein with various special tests and a polo tournament at Gut Aspern with top international polo players. The classic cars arrive on the polo grounds and, on the Sunday of the final, there will be a joint prize giving after a classic car parade. “Oldtimer meets Polo” is a great celebration for the entire family with heaps of fun, entertainment, action and music. Even the youngest fans are catered for with goal-wall-shooting, pony-riding, merry-go-rounds, bouncy castles, throwing games and face painting, providing fun and variation. The aim of this event is to provide a relaxed and entertaining atmosphere in which companies can present their activities, products or services. We offer the possibility of a high quality presentation at an exclusive, yet highly sportive event. Not only is polo one of the most exciting sports of our time, but it is also one of the freshest. Tennis, golf and sailing have become well-established but are starting to lose their zest. At polo, businessmen, families and the polo-loving society meet to watch the racy sport, participate in small talk and tread in divots together. In combination with the classic car rally, this is an ideal opportunity for inviting your customers to a fabulous event at which you can strengthen relations in a comfortable atmosphere and a new setting.

On the beautiful grounds of Gut Aspern, the 2008 European Championships venue, offers an event on 150.000m˛ which is unique in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. A further 50.000m˛ of park area complete this experience.
